On the afternoon of September 11, ZHENG Yu, Secretary of the CPC Committee, delivered a speech as the first class of the new semester to the 2024 freshmen. Heads from relevant departments, teachers, and students attended the event together.

ZHENG Yu gave the students a multi-faceted overview of the more than a century-long history of BUCEA, illustrating the spirit of the university. He also expressed earnest expectations for all 2024 freshmen, encouraging them to fulfill themselves through their studies.
